Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, software, digital products, and services provided by Bodlance LLC (“Bodlance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.

1. About Bodlance

Bodlance LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company that develops software and digital products and provides related online services.

Different Bodlance products may have additional terms, policies, or requirements. Where product-specific terms apply, those terms form part of your agreement with us.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use paid Bodlance services.

If you use a Bodlance service on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to the applicable terms.

3. Accounts

Certain Bodlance products may require an account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

You should notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Bodlance products or services to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual-property or other rights
  • Distribute malware or malicious code
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  • Interfere with the operation or security of our services
  • Abuse, exploit, or circumvent product limitations or security measures
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activity
  • Use our services in any manner prohibited by product-specific terms

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect our services, users, or legal rights.

5. Purchases and Payments

Some Bodlance products and services may require payment.

Prices, billing frequency, and applicable features will be presented before purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Your use of a payment provider may also be subject to that provider’s applicable terms and policies.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize applicable charges associated with purchases you make.

6. Subscriptions

If a product is sold as a recurring subscription, the applicable price and billing interval will be disclosed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions may automatically renew until cancelled.

You may cancel an applicable subscription using the cancellation method provided by the relevant product or by contacting us.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not necessarily result in a refund of charges already paid. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

7. Free Trials and Free Services

We may offer free products, features, trials, or promotional access.

We may modify or discontinue free offerings, subject to applicable law and any specific terms presented with the offer.

If a free trial automatically converts into a paid subscription, the applicable pricing and billing terms will be disclosed before you agree to the trial.

8. Intellectual Property

Bodlance and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in our software, websites, branding, designs, content, technology, and other intellectual property, except where expressly stated otherwise.

Using a Bodlance product does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Subject to applicable product terms, we grant users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use our services for their intended purposes.

9. User Content

Some products may allow users to submit, store, upload, or create content.

You retain ownership of rights you have in your content.

You grant Bodlance the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise handle that content to provide and operate the applicable service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to content you submit.

10. Third-Party Services

Our products may integrate with or link to third-party services.

Bodlance does not control third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

11. Service Changes and Availability

We continually develop our products and may add, modify, or discontinue features.

We do not guarantee that every service will always be available without interruption or error.

Where required, we will provide appropriate notice concerning material changes or discontinuation of paid services.

12. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bodlance services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that our services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bodlance LLC and its officers, members, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

To the extent permitted by law, Bodlance’s aggregate liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid Bodlance for the applicable service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.

14. Termination

You may stop using our services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access when you materially violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use our services unlawfully.

Where reasonable and legally appropriate, we may provide notice before termination.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our products or legal obligations change.

For material changes, we may provide additional notice where appropriate or required by law.

Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
